The applicant will be required to have Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. As an entry level position background and a basic knowledge of the mechanical trade is preferred but not a requirement. We are looking for someone that has a good attitude, works well as part of a team, is willing and ready to learn, communicates well with both fellow employees and customers alike, and will execute the assigned tasks. A Project Director will have initial duties of coordinating and completing front end project specific tasks such as specification review and submittal preparation. Review of subcontractor scopes of work for the issuing of contracts. This position will also require the individual to help the Project Director to monitor each projects status, schedule, planning, manpower needs, material status, monitoring the project budget, and review of the jobsite safety. This position carries with it the responsibility to help ensure the individual project cost, schedule, quality standards, and company policies are followed.
